Free cancellation up until 1 week before reservation, 50% refund if cancelled before 72 hours.

No Pets

We love furry friends but we ask that you find a petsitter before visiting the Encancto.

No Smoking

There is a designated smoking area in the backyard pavillion.

Quiet Hours

You will not be the only guest staying at the lodge, so please be respectful on noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Guests will be given one warning before being asked to leave without refund

No Events/Parties

Any gathering with guests not staying at the lodge must be approved by the host.
